1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • For all orders, it will be packed and shipped within 1 - 4 working days after confirmation of payment. 
  • For all orders placed on a non-working day, parcels will be shipped out on the following (working) day

2. LOCAL ORDER DELIVERY (SG) 

Tracked Delivery

  • For our Vberries range, there will be a fixed $10 delivery fee islandwide
  • Should there be an unsuccessful delivery after 2 re-delivery attempts, subsequent delivery attempts will be subjected to additional charges, to be borne by the purchaser. 
  • Do kindly leave a memo to us if you have any special delivery request - e.g. specified delivery timings.

Singpost Normal Mail

  • There is no tracking service available.
  • Delivery typically takes 3-4 working days .
  • Service is only available for our V series range and stevia sweet drop at a flat rate of $1.50

Do note that  Lecca Singapore will not be held liable for the lost or stolen normal mail. 

For lost mail, we will only be able to resend the items a month from the sending date to confirm the parcel as lost mail. This means that you may need to wait up to 2 months for your parcel to reach you.

We strongly encourage customers to select our courier service to avoid slow, lost or stolen mail. Simply spend over $150 in a single cart to unlock free shipping! :)

3. DELIVERY REQUEST

Please leave any requests in the memo during checkout so that all requests can be seen by our warehouse staffs when packing the order. 

As we ship out parcels fast, requests sent via other channels (email, online contact form) might not reach the warehouse team before the parcel is sent out.
